 Carrie Prejean and the Miss California USA organization have dropped their lawsuits against one another and according to TMZ.com, the conservative beauty queen isn’t getting a cent.
In case you haven’t been following the courtroom catfight, here’s how it went down:
Prejean sued Miss California USA for religious discrimination and defamation in August. The pageant organization fired back with a countersuit asking for the $5,200 she was given to pay for breast implants.

It’s been decided that Carrie’s team of lawyers and publicists will be paid from $100,000 that the organization agreed to give up, but again, she won’t see any boost in her checking account.
If this relatively drama-free legal showdown seemed too good to be true, that’s because it most likely was. We knew Prejean wasn’t the squeaky clean girl-next-door she seemed to be after topless photos surfaced on the web, but we didn’t know she might be the next Pam Anderson.

In the latest TMZ.com report, they claim one of the lawyers involved in the suit showed a very racy, sexually compromising tape of Prejean during the trial. After a mere 15 seconds, she agreed to settle the suit.
If you haven’t had enough Carrie, you can pick up her new book “Still Standing” on Monday. The pageant has reportedly agreed not to block it, even though she penned it without their permission.
