 Kellie Pickler has a new Rock of love, and it’s not Bret Michaels, according to a report in SFGate's Daily Dish. The former “American Idol” star talked in a radio interview about a long-term romance, but didn’t specifically name Kid Rock.
"I'm seeing someone. I got a man. He's a great, great guy. We've been seeing each other for over a year," said Pickler.
Kid Rock (also known as Robert Ritchie) and Pickler became close when the pair headlined the U.S.O. Holliday tour together in Afghanistan in 2008. Sources are saying the relationship is “the worst kept secret in Nashville.”
The Grammy nominated rocker has developed somewhat of a reputation after being married to Pamela Anderson and briefly dating Sheryl Crow, but his new girlfriend isn’t intimidated. Pickler is no stranger to bad boys, considering her father’s multiple run-ins with the law.
And Rock is no kid. As a matter of fact, he is 15 years older than the 23 year-old singer songwriter. Time will tell how long the beautiful singer who finished in sixth place on her season of “Idol” will continue to occupy the number one spot in Kid Rock’s heart.
