There are probably many of you wondering what becomes of the Beatles music now that Michael Jackson has passed. Some of you may have heard that Michael Jackson bequeathed the Beatles catalogue to Paul McCartney. That would be wrong.
Paul writes on his website:
"Some time ago, the media came up with the idea that Michael Jackson was going to leave his share in the Beatles songs to me in his will which was completely made up and something I didn’t believe for a second."
He goes on to add that he is not devastated that this myth didn't materialize and that he and Jackson were still on friendly terms and that he has 'fond memories of [their] time together.'
