I only know one celebrity who is not even close to making the best dressed list . . . . . . . . . . BRITNEY SPEARS!! You actually have to be dressed to make the list!

I love the way Johnny Depp dresses....and when he is dressed up.... He sure looks handsome and georgous whatever he wears and doesn't care who is apalled by his choice. Johnny your're the greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
