for what it's worth debit and credit cards are faster. all you do is swipe the card, click ok, and maybe sign the ticket. i bet i wait longer for people counting out exact change than you wait for people to swipe a credit card through the reader

True dads, The worst is when customers pay in coins. That has been happening alot lately!

Like the Visa commericals say..checks always slow down the lines...Some stores have "self check out" lanes for cash and credit customers.

checks are used so infrequently today for retail purchases that it doesn't make sense in most cases for "check only" lines. Be aware of the customers who are standing in the lines....I can usually spot the check writers and choose a different line to stand in
