Some people have a place to go when they're bummed out. Wheather it's physically or mentally, when we're depressed we find somewhere to go to bring us out of our misery. Some of us go to a bar. Some may even sit back and read a book. I just prefer to lay down and sleep it off, wake up the next day and start over. How about you?

My happy places are when I am communing (praying) with the Lord by myself and especially in fellowship with other believers. In a different vein, at the beach, bay, river, water, woods in the great outdoors. Basicallly I love nature and many activities and sports associated with being outdoors, even simple things like taking a walk on the beach or around the lake where I live! :smileyhappy:

away from everyone else except my pups and my fiance. i don't even have to tell him i am mad, stressed, upset ect. he knows. so do they. the pups snuggle, the honey holds me.:smileyhappy:

The CS is one of my "happy places"....also putting on my studio headphones...plugging in my guitar....and playing for about 3 hours
