Why doesn't BHO understand that it is not that we cannot wait, we cannot afford it at this time. We need jobs not more spending. I really liked the part of the article where BHO said that an unnamed foreign leadrer told him that their country "...didn't understand the at-times contentious debate over changing the health care system." I thought it was so like BHO to decline to identify him. Cute. Real cute.
Stop Global Whining. Stop Tectonic Shift. Protect the 2nd Amerndment. Disband The Useless U.S. Congress.

Which came first? The Chicken or the Egg? We need healthcare and we need to be more competitive when it comes to producing exports. It can be argued that if we don't do healthcare now... we won't be exporting... and therefore won't need to be hiring anyone... there won't be any new jobs.
Go get drunk with an economist. Perhaps it will make more sense to you later on.

Some days it's hardly worth chewing through the restraints.

Yeah... right. The old Washington rule was to drag things out. If you drag anything out enough you can kill any bill.

We can wait as long as it takes to do it right. Rushing will only create a debacle we'll never overcome.

AMEN!

When campaigning, he promised to put every spending bill online for citizen review, then recanted when it came to TARP2, the omnibus bill, the spending bill, the military funding bill (which we now find out has millions of tax dollars channeled to Ted Kennedy's memorial library, what does that have to do with military spending?). Obama and the dems have to rush things through so that citizens remain ill-informed until it is too late. What happened to the promises of transparency? to the promise that Joe Biden (the sheriff--haha) would personally go through spending and cull out the pork? The lies are frustrating, the corruption is dastardly.
Some Americans got so tired of being thought of as stupid by the rest of the world that they went to the polls last November and removed all doubt.
